Park Assist is a function above and beyond the standard Parking Aid Plus system. Park Assist involves installing additional parking sensors which then will give the car full self parking functionality. 
 
Depending on the year and age of your vehicle this may or may not include Parallel Parking Assistance / Perpendicual Parking and exit Parking functionality.
