General Terms and Conditions
 

All works provided by Audi Upgrades Limited are supplied with a 1 (one) year guarantee. All the parts we use and offer are either brand new or refurbished and come with a 1 year parts warranty unless otherwise stated. All new parts are also covered by the Volkswagen Group 2 (two) year parts warranty. All 3rd party / aftermarket products come with a 12 (twelve) month warranty unless otherwise stated. All warranty work is return to base only, this is subject to flexibility and may require a waiting time of 2 to 5 weeks. For any warranty claim we will require an email with the invoice number or the vehicle registration and date of supply or installation. We will also require a description of the fault and a valid contact telephone number. Any supplied warranty will be invalidated should any 3rd party attempt a fix or repair to the faulty part / component. All genuine VW, Audi, Skoda, SEAT, Bentley and Lamborghini retrofit parts will not invalidate your vehicle warranty. All genuine VW, Audi, Skoda, SEAT, Bentley and Lamborghini retrofit installations will not invalidate your vehicle warranty. We recommend that you inform your dealership of any works carried out by us prior to any and all warranty claims and produce the invoice supplied via Audi Upgrades Limited. If such items are deemed faulty we are not liable for any replacements or resolution to repair such items. We do not offer any warranty on any parts sourced by yourself and not by us (“We”). It is your responsibility to ensure you have procured the correct items for a retrofit installation you wish us (“We”) to carry out. If you supply incorrect parts we are not liable or responsible for replacements or resolution of such items.

Audi Upgrades Limited aims to provide the best possible service to our customers. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with any purchase or any service we reserve the right to charge a 20% handling fee to process a refund. The handling fee applies to the total amount paid within the transaction. This does not apply to special order items. Special order items are non-refundable. This is only applicable within 2 weeks of installation. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as when installed. Damaged or broken items cannot be returned or refunded. All warranty work is return to base only. This is subject to flexibility and may require a waiting time of between 2 to 5 weeks. Special order items require a 100% deposit prior to ordering. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. In very rare cases we may be able to stop a special order before it has been processed, and if this is the case then any deposit paid will be refunded. This only applies within the first 24 hours of placing an order. Special order items usually take 10 to 14 working days to come in to stock and unfortunately a delivery date for special order items cannot be given in advance by Audi Upgrades. Audi Upgrades will inform you of any updates supplied during the order process. All genuine VW, Audi, Skoda, SEAT, Bentley and Lamborghini retrofit parts will not invalidate your vehicle warranty. Terms of Fit Only Service
 

Audi Upgrades Limited aims to provide the best possible service to our customers. Audi Upgrades Limited offers a fit only service whereby we will fit / install any parts which you have sourced yourself. In the event a customer has supplied incorrect or faulty parts for a fit only service / install, we reserve the right to charge a £65.00 booking fee. This booking fee applies to vehicles brought to us and on a call-out basis. A call-out fee may also apply. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with any purchase or any service we reserve the right to charge a 20% handling fee to process a refund. Terms of Security Enabled Components and Component Protection Service
 

Audi Upgrades Limited aims to provide the best possible service to our customers. Audi Upgrades Limited offers a security enabled components and component protection service for parts which you have sourced yourself. In the event a customer has supplied incorrect or faulty parts for a security enabled components and component protection service / install, we reserve the right to charge a £65.00 booking fee. Customers who wish to supply parts or components which are security enabled or which have component protection activated, in order to remove the component protection and or security features we will require a VAT receipt as a proof of purchase for the parts or components before we can accept your booking. We will also need to see your vehicles V5C and a photo ID. We reserve the right to charge labour at a rate of £65.00 per hour for the full amount of time spent if the supplied part or component is found to be faulty, stolen or cannot be fitted / installed for any other reason beyond the control of Audi Upgrades Limited.
